Jackson Robinson had this great idea to make playing cards inspired by US currency.  The artwork on these cards is so intricate and detailed!

His first Kickstarter project was so successful that he has a second one going on now.  Check it out.

After a successful Kickstarter campaign, they hit #1 on Amazon and sold out.  Then they sold out again.  Apparently people love this game.
The cool thing is that they offer a PDF of the cards on their site for free so you can print them out and make your own set.  Or you can sign up to be notified when the cards are in stock again.
Cards Against Humanity:

Cards Against Humanity is a party game for horrible people.
Unlike most of the party games you’ve played before, Cards Against Humanity is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends.
The game is simple. Each round, one player asks a question from a Black Card, and everyone else answers with their funniest White Card.

It’s not the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen, but the functionality sure is cool.  It’s a watch that connects wirelessly to your iPhone (or Android phone), and lets you see your text messages, control your music, etc.
